Mike Kaskel is a Registered Nurse who specializes in nutrition and weight loss counseling. After practicing as an RN in city and suburban hospitals throughout the Chicago area,he made his transition to working with patients individually after realizing that it's difficult to change patient's lifestyle habits for the short period that they're admitted into the hospital.

As a Certified Lifestyle Educator, Mike works with patients to help them prevent the progression of disease, while at the same time, empowering them to maintain control of their life and weight through educated nutritional decisions.
Mike received a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Loyola University in Chicago, IL.
